5+ years in production
I build the part users touch — and the part that keeps it standing.
I’m Shahin. For five years I’ve worked on systems that get judged in public: a national marketplace on flash-sale day, a flight search quoting thousands of fares at once, a checkout that has to clear on the first try.
Today I’m an engineer at Cartup, part of the Us Bangla Group, owning CRM, accounting and logistics end to end. Before that, at TechnoNext and Morpheus Soft, I led front-end work across four products, mentored three junior engineers, drew micro-service boundaries with gRPC and Kafka, and wired AI into search and support.
The through-line: an interface that feels effortless, on a backend that earns it.
Day to day
- Ship end to end — React and Next.js on the front, .NET and Node behind it
- Design micro-service boundaries with gRPC, Kafka, SAGA and CQRS
- Keep search and checkout fast when traffic spikes
- Wire AI into real surfaces: search, support, recommendations
- Mentor engineers through code review and knowledge-sharing sessions

E-commerce Marketplace · CRM · Logistics · Inventory · Accounting
A multi-seller catalogue, a warehouse, an accounts ledger and a support desk all have to agree on the same order — in public, on the busiest shopping day of the year.
A multi-seller marketplace with flash sales, real-time inventory and a checkout that has to hold on the busiest shopping day of the year.

Foodi
Food Delivery · Front-end · Customer app & CRM
Three apps share one moving order: the customer watching, the restaurant cooking, the rider riding. Any of them going stale breaks trust.
A nationwide delivery network with three faces: customers ordering, restaurants onboarding, and fleet managers watching it all move.
- Built the front end across the customer-facing app and the CRM
- Cut load time 20% and lifted user retention 15% through performance work
- Integrated REST APIs with the backend teams for reliable, consistent data flow

Firsttrip
Online Travel Agency · Search · Recommendations
Travel is chosen, not searched. The hard part is helping someone decide — not returning a list of fares.
Bangladesh’s leading travel booking platform — flights, holidays, visas and eSIM behind a single search box.
- Implemented personalised recommendations and expert-guidance features for trip planning
- Ensured seamless integration and high performance across the platform
- Shipped flows that let users plan, book and manage a journey in one place

Corsica Health
Telehealth · Front-end engineering
Medical intake asks a stranger for their weight, their history and their card. Every field is another reason to close the tab.
A US telehealth platform pairing patients with board-certified physicians for GLP-1 weight-management care — where trust is the product.
- Built the intake and onboarding flow for sensitive medical data
- Shipped the member portal for ongoing care and refills
- Wired Stripe subscriptions into the care-plan lifecycle

US-Bangla Airlines
Airline · Aviation · Booking · Check-in · Management
Every flow a passenger cannot finish online becomes a phone call to the desk — so search, booking and self-service have to work first time.
The passenger-facing surface of a regional carrier flying across Asia and the Middle East — search, booking and self-service.
- Developed flight-search, booking and management UI modules
- Kept performance reliable and the booking experience smooth across web platforms

PalmID OAuth
Biometric Authentication · Front-end · WebAssembly
A biometric is the one credential you cannot rotate. It must never leave the device that read it.
An identity provider that logs you in with your palm. Palm-print processing runs on-device in WebAssembly, so the biometric never leaves the browser.
- Built registration and login by palm scan (left and right) or email OTP
- Integrated WebAssembly modules for fast on-device palm-print processing
- Kept the biometric local — privacy-preserving by architecture, not by policy

Shahin moves between a Figma file and a production .NET service without dropping either. He shipped our checkout rewrite a sprint early, and it held on launch day.
Md. Rafiqul AlamEngineering Manager · TechnoNextHe treated our codebase like his own — refactored quietly, wrote the tests, left it cleaner than he found it. That is rarer than it should be.
Preet S.CTO · Corsica HealthThe AI search Shahin built for our marketplace lifted click-through on product discovery measurably. Calm, methodical, and his documentation was better than ours.
